• Install concrete driveway from entrace gate to join existing concrete near buildings with the width approximately from the Basketball court to the Clinic/Office Building
• Complete the construction of the concrete wall 6-feet high that separates Ramon and Magdalena's property from the Orphanage
• Install chain link fencing on top new wall that separates Ramon and Magdalena's property from Orphanage grounds and construct a high chain link fence along the north end of the Basketball Court
• Install a new wall along the front of the Orphanage property adjacent to the street
• Install an electric gate closer on the north gate of the new property
• Replace toilets with efficient water saving toilets
