 How Does It Work?

It’s easy. Fill in the information below and click on "Send Form".  We register you in the program.  Then every time your grocery card is swiped, Albertson’s, Inc. or Ralph’s Grocery will contribute a percentage of your Preferred Savings Card’s purchases to our Foundation.  It costs you nothing. We will receive a quarterly check.
